Knowing where your meat comes from is important to you.
For those interested in coming to the ranch and harvesting their animal we offer a limited number of Bison Harvests each year.
A meat harvest will give you the opportunity to put down a preselected animal to fill your freezer with a whole bison, processed as you wish.

Harvest
Trophy Harvests are available as herd management dictates. A trophy harvest will be for a preselected herd bull, typically an older, larger animal at 10-15 years old and over 2000#
The entire animal will be available to you for processing and mounting.

A dominant herd bull will stay with his cow herd for 15 years or more. Opportunities to take such a bull are rare. Selections are made by a lottery system, and are not first come first served. If you are interested, add your name to our waiting list.
